Holding to nothing whatever - online retreat

An online retreat for people with at least a year of meditation experience interested in collective awakening, led by Singhashri and Balajit.

An embodied and relational exploration of the four noble truths with an emphasis on developing a deeper and more authentic relationship with our direct experience of both the arising of suffering and the discovery of freedom.

We'll be paying attention to what supports an individual and collective felt sense of safety, dignity and belonging, how to work creatively with our nervous systems, and deepening our confidence meditation practices that can support insight into the true nature of ourselves, others and the world.
